eSky was the first Polish-based OTA – and one of the first globally – to establish a direct partnership with Ryanair. The partnership offers customers access to Ryanair’s low fares with full-price transparency and no hidden fees. Over the past 12 months, the partnership has delivered strong results for both sides, providing hundreds of thousands of travellers with a seamless and hassle-free booking experience.
Customers booking Ryanair flights through eSky benefit from the simple process of sending their booking details directly to the airline. This gives immediate access to their myRyanair account, real-time flight updates, and the ability to manage their journey directly with Ryanair — unlike non-authorised OTAs, which block or delay this access.
Access to Ryanair’s extensive network of 230+ destinations continues to play a key role in powering eSky’s city break and holiday package offering, which is available to both eSky and Thomas Cook customers. The stability and scale of this partnership support eSky’s long-term strategy to evolve from a flight-led platform into a full-service online tour operator.
We’re delighted to extend our partnership with eSky as we continue to grow in Poland. This is great news for eSky customers as they can book Ryanair’s low fares to over 230 destinations with full price transparency (no overcharges or hidden mark-ups) and direct access to their booking through their myRyanair account. Our partnership with eSky shows our continued commitment to working with approved OTAs and demonstrates how OTAs can work transparently with airlines. As we enter the summer season, we look forward to welcoming eSky customers onboard our low-fare Ryanair flights – Ryanair’s CMO, Dara Brady said.
This renewed agreement shows the value of direct cooperation between airlines and OTAs in delivering a better experience for travellers. Our customers enjoy full transparency, instant access to their bookings, and up-to-date flight information – all in one smooth process. We hope more players in the industry follow this model, putting the customer at the heart of the booking journey. At the same time, this renewed agreement supports our evolution into a full-package tour operator – allowing eSky and Thomas Cook customers to book flights, city breaks, and holiday packages in one place – eSky Group’s Chief Product Officer, Jakub Bajorski, added.
