Associated with eSky since 2015, on the Management Board since 2016. He restructured financial processes and consolidated them in Katowice. He played a key role in international expansion and increased operational efficiency, leading to a 10-fold increase in EBITDA.

He has been with eSky since 2010. There, he leads a team that coordinates all of the Group's technological projects. He was previously responsible for introducing the hotel product to the company's product portfolio. He gained experience in e-commerce as a project manager at Avans.

Chief Product Officer
At eSky since 2008, and over the past 17 years he has gone through many stages, gaining experience in areas such as customer care, project development and product management. In the eSky Group, he is responsible for developing the aviation product, overseeing this process's commercial and technological aspects. In 2018, he took on the position of Product Implementation Director, and in 2023 he was promoted to the position of Chief Product Officer.

Chief Holiday Officer
With the eSky Group acquiring the Thomas Cook brand in 2024, he holds the position of Chief Holiday Officer in the newly created department responsible for developing the holiday product in the Lot+Hotel offer. He has been associated with Thomas Cook since 2019 - first as Strategy & Technology Director and for six years as the CEO of the British company.
