eSky Group strengthens its cooperation with PLL LOT, with the national carrier's offers integrated directly into the NDC model

eSky Group, CEE's leader in the travel platform segment, is the first global travel industry player to directly integrate LOT Polish Airlines' offers into its travel platform using NDC 21.3 'Direct Connect'.

This innovative distribution model will significantly improve the presentation of LOT Polish Airlines' offers on eSky Group's various services, allowing the development of further cooperation in other business areas. Passengers will gain access to a variety of fares, the airline's full product portfolio and a more tailored offer from the carrier. Both companies see this integration as an important step towards technological improvements and the development of retail channels.

This cooperation goes far beyond the technological aspect, being of strategic importance to both our companies. PLL LOT's direct integration with eSky using NDC technology is the first such collaboration with an online travel platform for a Polish carrier. Thanks to our strengthened business relationship with the leading airline in the CEE region, we will gain a competitive advantage. LOT is a technology leader in the travel market. We are already one of the largest e-commerce companies in Poland, operating in over 50 markets worldwide. Growing sales and further development plans

eSky Group confirm that LOT Polish Airlines is number one by passengers served by its platform when it comes to scheduled airlines in the Polish market. Moreover, sales of the national carrier's flights through eSky services have achieved double-digit growth year-on-year for the last three years. Both companies are calling for further strengthening of their partnership, especially in the product area.

Regular airline services mainly use the NDC model

Today, eSky customers have access to PLL LOT's offerings via the NDC channel in more than 50 markets. The travel platform currently offers its users 40 airlines’ services in an innovative distribution system. Q1 2024 has already seen more than half of sales in the scheduled carrier segment generated via the NDC model, while in the following months the company will consistently increase the share of this technology in its distribution.
